Robotronics Land Floor Coating Warranty: 24 month Protection for Your Investment

At Robotronics Land, we stand behind the quality of our floor coating installations. Our 24 month warranty ensures that your flooring system remains durable and defect-free when properly maintained. Below, we outline the terms of our warranty coverage and customer responsibilities.

What’s Covered Under the Warranty?

For 24 month from the effective date of installation, Robotronics Land will repair any defects in the floor coating system resulting from:

·         Improper substrate preparation

·         Workmanship errors during installation

What’s Not Covered?

Robotronics Land is not responsible for defects caused by:

·         Accidents or acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

·         Inadequate or faulty structural design

·         Structural defects, building alterations, or cracks in the base

·         Hydrostatic pressure (moisture rising through the concrete slab)

·         Sub-surface contamination (oil or other chemicals migrating upward)

·         Surface contaminants entering through unrepaired chips in the coating

·         Poor-quality concrete that separates from the slab

·         Damage from facility issues (roof leaks, plumbing failures, etc.)

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure warranty coverage, customers must:

1.     Notify Robotronics Land promptly upon discovering a defect.

2.     Remove obstructions (equipment, furniture, etc.) at their own expense to allow for repairs.

3.     Complete full payment for the original installation—warranty repairs are only enforceable if the job has been paid in full.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes null and void if:

·         Repairs are performed by anyone not authorized by Robotronics Land during the warranty period.
